DRAPER, Judge. The appellants, sole heirs at law of Walter F. Hulet, deceased, brought this action to construe and determine the validity of the trust provisions of his will; to have the same declared void; and to recover the trust property from the trustee. The trustee's demurrer to the complaint was sustained, the appellants refused to plead further, judgment was rendered against them and they appeal.
